ROM Museum

ROM Museum located in the 12th-century Monastery of Santa María la Real in Aguilar de Campoo. It showcases various objects in some of the monastery's rooms that help us better understand this era, with scale models of the most representative buildings in the area, a diorama that reproduces the medieval life of a population, accompanied by figurative Romanesque capitals. In the church, an audiovisual presentation of the life of medieval people is projected. And the building itself helps us understand it better. A tour with an educational purpose to better understand the Romanesque art of the province in general and that of the Palencia Mountain in particular.
