Castro de la Loma

Castro de La Loma. Located in the municipal area of Las Heras de la Peña, belonging to the Town Hall of Santibañez de la Peña, the site known as La Loma recovers the structure and objects of a Cantabrian castro that suffered a Roman siege. A large number of tools and military elements from the Roman camps of the time have been cataloged, and part of the structure that shows a large defensive platform has been reconstructed.
